OBA Club Badge

Our badge depicts an English fletched arrow passing across a brick round tower of the Tudor period and commemorates the siege of Basing House by Cromwell in 1645, when arrows were shot into the house inviting the garrison to surrender. Around the broad head of the arrow is a scroll with the club initials in it. Above the tower is another scroll bearing the motto "Nota Bene" - "Mark Well". The whole is surmounted by the Rose of Hampshire.
